Familiarize yourself with the home-building process. You will receive handouts, New Home Building Booklet, New Home Purchase Agreement and Addendums. Please read them and keep them handy for future reference; they contain helpful information and important details for all parties to follow.

Suggestion #2: Come prepared

Bring your ideas, sketches, pictures and inspirations to your design meetings. It would be wonderful if you brought your New Home Building Booklet to all Concept® Homes and supplier appointments. You will find the Summary of Consultations section helpful in preparing for upcoming appointments.
